If you payed with a credit/debit card it will be refunded to that card. Though refunds often aren't instantaneous and can take 10 or more days. If it was a gift card, then the balance should be credited to your account on the play store. This also might not be instant.
So it would be charged to your cellphone bill? In that case I think the refund should show up on your next bill.
i use phone credit to pay it. after refund money is gone, now i feel it already waste, it no ask where to refund but just make a ticket and say cancel payment and already refund, but no say refund where or how to get it.
