Taverne+ Perk to expand Taverne with 10 optional Slots

    Taverne+10 Perk
    This Perk would allow a player to recruit 10 slots more but the player can use in an attack only 65 slots

    At the moment a player can recruit up to 65 slots.
    The player must decide what kind of troop mix is needed, what kind of attack like farming, pushing rank, just fun or whatever is planned.
    This a very important part of PlunderPirates. A player need a lot experience, must make a lot of trail and error to find a good mix and must still learn more. This make PlunderPirates so interesting and for very long playable. Any change on this part of the game must be done very carefully.

    With the +10 Taverne option a player can recruit 10 slots with extra pirates just to be prepeard for special situations or bases. As an example
    Standard troop mix is
    25 Gunners (25 slots) 10 Juggernauts (30 slots) 10 Bombers (10 slots)
    with +10
    25 Gunners (25 slots) 10 Juggernauts (30 slots) 10 Bombers (10 slots) + 2 Heavy Gunner (10 slots)​

    During the attack the player send out up to 65 slots
    Example
    first wave 20 Gunners (20), 10 Juggernauts (3), 5 Bombers (5)
    Options now
    • 5 Gunners (5) and 5 Bombers (5)
    • 2 Heavy Gunners (10)
    • a mix of Gunners, Bombers (up to 5) and 1 Heavy Gunner (5)
    Think about special troops like SkyRaiders or Thieves instead of Heavy Gunners!​

    This option gives a player much more variations during an attack and could make an attack easier
    but it although will make attacking more complicated, more interesting and harder.
    At the moment the player must in an attack not only send out the right pirate in the right number on the right place at the moment, the player must although acitivate the special abilities of the pirates in the right moment.
    With +10 the player must as an extra the quantity of pirates in slots calculate.

    Example from above
    first wave 20 Gunners (20), 10 Juggernauts (3), 5 Bombers (5)
    still availble 5 Gunners (5), 5 Bombers (5), Heavy Gunner (5)
    if the player now send out 3 Gunners and 3 Bombers no Heavy Gunner can send out because only 4 slots free!

    Options to help player
    • counter shows slots total / slot used like (65:45)
    • counter under every pirate icon shows number pirates not used (like today) plus number of pirates usable like (2:1) for Heavy Gunner in example above
    • if pirate not usable cause not engough slots or 65 slots are placed, icon is crossed red
    The +10 option is only usefull for attacks between equal PHs and can only be handle succesfull from players with good attack experience. The Taverne+ Perk is an option to improve the attack style in high end battles. An extra kick.

    To be honest, at the moment every PH8 with mid/max troops and a player who know what he/she do can 3 star most or even all of the PH7 bases and can 2 to 3 star many of the PH8 bases unless the AI hate the player or the player has bad luck. The +10 option make the really big attacks just more interesting

    Obviously this perk works only with attacks not for sea battles.
    There is a new risk with this perk if a ship returns.
    The player, who hit the ship troop button accidentily will loose up to 10 pirates more.
    Solution could be Taverne get a new function. If Taverne has more than 65 slots full and ship is in harbour, player can mark pirate and number of pirates as non ship crew untill only 65 slots are still full.
    After sending out ship and ship is on journey no marking possible.
    This function would bring interesting oppotunities to mix ship troops too!

    Requirments for Taverne+ Perk
    Pirate Hall 8+ and Guild Hall 4+ and 65 slot Taverne of course
    max. 25% per backer

    Pricing
    Price in market to buy and build perk could be a mix of gold & grog and maybe BP & EP
    Founding unit (BP or EP could make sense) must fit in actually founding system of the other perks.
    At the moment after upgrading the mystic mortars you can use BP only to found Observatory but EP is needed for founding Pirate Catcher and Trainings Ground. At the end depends on Midokis planing for crew ship, extra maps and so on.
