Typing in guild chat won't go through at times

Sometimes when I'm typing in guild chat, off iPad keyboard, and hit enter the text does not go through and just vanishes. Really annoying when you type out a long msg and it does not go through, have to type it all out again and start over.

 

Agreed, this happens like 40% of the time I feel. My guild members all experience the same thing.

 

Yeppers, happens a lot...Sometimes it shows up a little later though...

 

Usually if you close the app and restart it the message will appear. It seems the others in the chat see the message. Just not the one who sent it. It has been mentioned in another thread and is being worked on.

This is why my clan uses GroupMe. Reliable chat and the ability to send screen shots and links.

 

Yep lots of moaning in my guild about it, and it's raised on the guild forum section for bugs too.

It's a known issue and seems to be linked to device ram.

 

You don't need to close the app to make the message show up. Just swipe out to another app, then return. The message will appear for you. Or, since others can see it even if you can't, just leave it alone.
