Up the Ranks IV Quest not available

For some reason many members of our guild have not been offered the Up the Ranks IV Quest. Is there something you need to finish first (apart from Up the Ranks III) to unlock it?

 

Is there a complete list of achievements available to us or is that considered a spoiler list?

 

Thanks for the reply Chris. I'm pretty sure some people had it at PH5 and others not. I turn PH6 today so will check then.

 

Gangrene Beard - If you look in Game Center you can see all the achievements.

 

I know of that list, I was hoping for one that also listed the prizes.

 

Well I've now upgraded to PH6 and still the quest is not available. It's not just me, many members of our guild report the same. Is it possible that there is some other requirement?
