Good morning @Lynsey [Midoki]! Just got the app updated on my iPad...however, the update isn’t showing up on my phone yet. I followed the link from the game to the App Store, it just says open the app. Update isn’t possible just yet unless I delete and reinstall. I’m wanna avoid a penalty If possible. Should I wait for it to show up on my phone or will I have to delete/reinstall to force an update?
I'd suggest restarting your phone first, then manually go into the AppStore and check for updates. It *should* be there!
Let me try that again....I did that earlier but still says open (not update) I went straight to the App Store and clicked updates. It’s not there yet..
I don’t know if it made a difference or not, but I switched game canter accounts (I have two) and got it to work. Could have been waiting for it as well. No clue, but it’s all good now. Thank you!
