On the initial PH10 release there was a glitch with the availability of the Voodoo Hall; this was identified and rectified December 15th; as a result some members who were able to start there Voodoo Hall early did so. http://forum.plunderpirates.com/index.php?threads/release-2-3-0-holiday-season.10075/
