Obviously not an improvement that would affect anything else but the realistic feel of the game. Day and night cycle, sometimes raining, sometimes foggy, even snow maybe? During rain and snow, the villagers will stay inside! It would be kinda cool.
Maybe we could decide ourselves what weather we would like to have? So when other players are PVPing us, they will see what weather we have chosen Maybe even the weather could affect how some units work. Like when it's foggy or rainy they get a little bit slower, like 5% or so, not much, but at the same time they get a 5% gain to something else. So, the weather changes will affect the troops on how they act. Would be pretty cool
Yea, maybe you are right. The new devices supporting iOS8 metal will probably use it without any problem, but the older devices might take some hits. Though I think for christmas they will probably add some snow since most games do
