Winter wonderland updates: is the server crashed or the software?

Haaaaaa! I could not update my pirate plunder winter wonderland! It's more than half hour and its getting no where. What's wr with the sever or software?

 

Delete the game then try to reinstall it.

 

I tried to reinstall it three times, but no luck. I went to the Apple store and made a Genius Bar appointment for the following day. Later that afternoon the software suddenly installed itself! Go figure, hey! I'm happy now
