I'm playing PP on iPhone5c and iPad2 with last iOS update and the same game center account. I'm sitting in Germany and have Region Germany on both device. But since last PP update, the currency for gems in market on iPad has changed to $, on iPhone it is still €. It is the same PP acount, only difference is the game language, german on iPhone, english on iPad. I changed region on iPad to UK, but still $ and not £. Any ideas? PS: On iPad I changed after PP update 5 times or more the region to see how many players are in regions like Namibia. That is the difference to iPhone.
