Q1, as defined in normal business terms, is the first three months of the year. Given that this is a tech company, the alpha may have a few unnexpected bugs that push back the release. Fear not though, it is coming and it should be relatively soon in comparison to when it was released worldwide.

Yep, you'll be able to play the same account/island on both Android and iOS devices (which is handy for me, as I have an Android phone and an iPad!).
I've double checked, and you'll be pleased to know that the current plan is to have a non-FB option for synching the accounts, but we're also looking at adding a FB option as well.
