Problem buying gems

  1. Hi today i bought gems. First i bought a 2400 gems box. Everything went fine. i got gems and BP plus EP. Then i bought another 2400 but i only got the gems not the BP and EP.

    Could anyone help me.

    That can sometimes happen when the connection to server is lost. We'll investigate but hopefully it's a quick fix :)

    ok thanks, have done an in game support request so fingers crossed and hope you guys aren't like GAMELOFT lol, they take weeks :)
