Revenging is a great way to recoup lost loot(in some cases you make more than you lost) and also a great way to gain more PR. The best thing about Revenging is that you can look at the island you're going to attack and form a proper battle plan to make sure you get 100%. The problem is so often, when you get to certain ranks, many players are under shields frequently, so a revenge attack will not be possible. What would be interesting is if revenge attacks circumvented shields and left them intact after the battle was over. I'm sure people would be a lot more picky in who they picked/ticked off
