Check Black Flag, I think. They have a spreadsheet that's waaay more detailed than mine. They get into quantities and levels of defenses and stuff. I haven't updated mine much since Last Active came out. now, all I'm using it for is 1. How long someone has been below 100 rank 2. Who has an Observatory/PC 3. Log join dates to see who's up for promotion next 4. Stick a note in when a member is going to be away more than 5 days, so they don't get kicked. 5. Keep track of members' midoki forum usernames.
Well, the thing is public, if you know where to look, but there's really nothing interesting about it. here's the fields (yes, all of them) Status - (Blank, W or X ) Blank=OK, W=Recheck due to inactivity, or X=Kick at next cleanout PR - Pirate Rank, only updated every week or two, to figure out what our avg rank is. PH - Their PH level Obsv/PC Who has these perks GRank - Guild Rank (Capt, 1M, Crew..) Name - Pirate name Last Seen - Unused, thanks to Last Active Upgr - (Y/N) Upgrading anything? Unused, thanks to Last Active Town Status (Blank, Destroyed, Partial + date) Unused, thanks to Last Active -100 Time - How many days player has been below 100 rank Chat Warn - If player has been warned for being naughty in chat From - Country and State, if provided by player. Notes - Midoki username, Join Date, Promoted date, Who's an infrequent player. Who's away and can't play. And on the second sheet, I keep track of Kicked people KickDate - Date they went bye bye Name - Pirate Name Kick Reason - Obvious OK to Rejoin (Yes/No) Some people vanish, but we like them, and would welcome them back. Notes - The notes that existed in their entry on the first sheet. edit: Half the guild has a Cat avatar, so no cat data is needed
