Any Pirate Rank is accepted, Guild Perks are usually running 22 Hrs/day and we only have a few Guildlines.

The Member banner I originally put up was bad quality so I'll upload another later when I get back to my house. I'm on vacation right now and should be back around January 20th. I'll also design some custom banners for individual members as well.
