The shark trap us not working on my island. I keep having replays with juggs standing right on top of it attacking it, but it never snaps shut on them!
Thanks @Bear, we've tried recreating it here but it always works, in the game and in the replay. Is there any chance you can get a video of one of your replays for us to take a look at?
Dang, that thing is subject to Jugg attack as well ? Where is the fun in that? We need something that those walking barrels can't destroy or disarm. TiGeR
The shark trap is like the flame Gate in that juggs don't target it. But it is killable. I wish troops couldn't attack it.
Sak, while I can appreciate constructive criticism, you constant negativity is a little much. Was that last comment really necessary for the advancement of the thread?
Am not sure about its qualities as a trap.. Mine keeps getting shot out by gunners long before anyone else can close enough to set it off.
I intentionally put either a mine or a mystic mine by it to draw in juggs. And it's behind buildings to avoid guns sniping it.

So. From watching replays where I attacked the shark trap, it takes 4 seconds to start "shaking" on the 5th second it finally snaps shut. I'm about to go watch my replays and see if it was destroyed before 5 seconds. If this turns out to be the case, and it's just set on a timer to lure in more troops, then it needs to be adjusted. 2 seconds or max 3 seconds to snap shut is needed. Anyways. @Chris [Midoki] could confirm if the 5 second delay is intended or not. I'll comment back after I watch my replays more.
