We at Sinister Souls have 4 first mates. Two of them, @z1ggur4t and me are the active leaders togheter with Black_Beard.
The rest is crew unless your just new and haven't proved yourself, or you are slacking and get demoted.

 

I only have one first mate and am down to a handful of crew now because I downgraded everyone. *I had done so before reading the responses here.* It was the only workaround. However, it is indeed a work around and not a solution to the issue.

 

Is this now Plunder Privateers? Hey, that would be cool, privateers versus pirates - a good vs. evil thing. Throw in an alignment rank; those of good who hit those of evil get brownies and those of evil who hit those of good get knives.
