I'm behind you 100%. I managed 3 different clans many years ago in which the clan founder was too busy managing real world challenges. My personal daily interaction was nothing short of 75% involvement every day with all three teams. We had a great time and many members encourage me towards a change. I was never the most skilled player of the teams, but being involved and treating members with respect makes a winning Captain.

Don't sweat the Trolls. You have a great personality and I enjoyed prior conversations we shared.

Check it out. Guilds need Leadership. Someone who is @, interactive,engaging,promotive, helpful and any more etc's. This isn't the military peeps here can choose and did! Simple as that. Threads are for social interaction. My continued hope that they are open to ALL. Drama too. If your intentions are good and recieved (engages someone), they will come! Nanu Nanu

 

Check it out. Guilds need Loyalty. Someone who is respective to guild and its history, helpful, reliable and any more etc's. Do they need someone who comes in and ruins them for any reason?
