I don't like announcing the way glitches work as it could effect the game so much more. Could you remove your post? I'm talking with Lynsey right now regarding the glitch.
Lysney @midoki has already reached out to me regarding fixing this bug. I'm sure we'll see the end of it coming soon. Let's refrain from explaining the glitches to keep the glitched bases to a small minority. This includes the Rapid PR gain bug, and this Placement bug.
Right! Thanks to Jun's excellent description, we've actually located the exact issue (a bug in the editor) and are well on the way to fixing it. The bad news is that due to the nature of the bug, the fix won't be live until the second update in a couple of weeks. However, we're aware of which players are using the exploit, and we'll be sending a message telling them to stop if they keep on using it.
