Thanks for the clarification, i think that makes sense. just one follow up question, where does the 25% come from? chris earlier had set it was 50% of collectors or storage up to 20% of the total capacity. is the % different for collector (i.e. 50%) and storage (i.e. 25%)?

 

It is indeed 50% of collectors and 25% of storage - both have caps at 20% total capacity. Chris might have mis-typed
