I agree it's a loophole, and it should be fixed. Maybe there should be a delay in leaving a guild and rejoining it? Let's stop nagging and start finding a working solution so we can put the guys at Midoki to work!

 

There has been a guild named Russia in the top ten for months. Hard to miss.

I notice them everytime we blow by them during our monthly push. About to happen again soon.

I think if you're kicked from a guild, or quit, there's a 24-hour waiting period before you can rejoin, or send a request. Can anyone confirm that?

From a recruiting standpoint, new users / guild jumpers are more likely to look at the higher ranked guilds. This artificial rank inflation pushes the lower guilds out, decreasing their visibility.

Also, many maxed out players with nothing left to build play for rank, and this rank collusion doesn't help to keep them in the game. It should be fixed!

 

This is true, but those guilds are also more likely to reach (and remain) at full capacity, leaving fewer openings for guild hoppers.
