The official PRE-Plunder Pirates Premium Swag competition!

So I heard you guys like a new pair of plunderwear? And a shirt? Aaaaand an eyepatch? (and much more!) How about you have a little competition first before we start giving out our priceless booty?! And then have another competition...

Here is the deal:

Design a giveaway competition!

Huh? Yes, you design the contest that will be held in order to win some really cool Plunderpacks. The winner of this PRE-competition gets a full deal Plunder Pack with a surprise!

The winning competition is chosen by me and my humorous judgement only and will then be held right away in order for you guys to win some more swag!

It's not a bad idea. I'd like to see a similar contest, but in three parts. Take a picture while holding a sign that either says "#plundered" or "Plunder Pirates". The pose doesn't necessarily have to be in the captain Morgan pose but should resemble a pirate. No multiple submissions. 2nd part of the contest is a funny caption contest either of all user submitted contest photos or one picture submitted by @AngryBeard . Lastly write and submit a pirate sea shanty based on plunder pirates(just the writing, no singing or music required)

 

You all will be thankful that no singing would be involved if that comes to fruition!

Okay here is my idea for the contest:
Every contestant has to translate a part of a modern song to Plunder Pirates style.
As example let's take Rude from Magic.

Original lyrics:

Now the Plunder Pirate version:

Why you gotta be so rude?
Don't you know I'm pirate too?
Why you gotta raid me now?
I'm gonna build it anyway

My Pirate H---all
Build it anyway
My Pirate H---all
Yeah, no matter what
My Pirate H---all
And I'll be your boss

Rude..

I'm a music producer, it's too bad I'm a really bad singer else I would have recorded it for you guys. (But that shouldn't be part of the competition of course!)
What do you guys think?

The rules are simple.

• Use a modern day song (to keep it interesting)
• No swearing etc, keep it nice and family friendly
• Go!

[EDIT] Ps. I know I already won the eyepatch and plunderwear, so if my contest is chosen I would like to see that the eyepatch and plunderwear are used as a price for the contest. But the T-shirt and headgear look awesome. So I couldn't withstand the temptations of trying to win them

 

Two ideas:

1) come up with the best pirate drinking song -- grog, grog, grog!
2) design a new pirate -- if the developers like it it could even be added to the game!

Love it! Let's still run this for a while and hopefully more people will have some crazy ideas.

 

We could also have a monster design contestant.

 

Take video of you and your family and friends plundering real people in real life. Banks, co workers, gas stations. The person that loots the most money wins.

Bonus by the time you get out of jail or the brig or whatever your jurisdictions preferred detention method Is your swag will have surely arrived.

With Halloween coming... dress up as one of the Plunder Pirates characters and send a photo of yourself in your most piratey (making up words, I know) pose.
