Otherwise below 200 reduced to cabin boy for 24 hours then kicked if not above 200 within 24 hrs.

All crew to have blacksmith, stonemason pirate catcher perk by end of December or kicked, new members in December given till end of January. Joining level 250, PH5 Min guild level 200 PH5 1st five days of month be above 200 - you will be monitored. From November 2014 the standards were as follows; First Mate = PH5, all Perks, active in chat Crew = PH5, Smithy & Stonemason Cabin Boys = PH5 & Above 75 Kicked = below 75, PH4 or below. If you think we should change our standards then post your ideas.
