Well he isn't on 2015 if you look at profile though leaderboard hasn't updated yet.

Guy on 1111 isn't on that still either.

Bases look like proper bases as well so guess they know.....

 

Leaderboard is now updated, #1 player is now 1991 PR.
But his base is still the same lay-out when I check it.

 

Yeah you are right, the guy who was on 1111 has changed his though (and dropped a bit).

I'm not a great investigator but I found that THEM are Mr. Green & top 4 players who practice rank boosting ^~^ & have been called C/C . I'm not upset or anything I'm just explaining how I got that idea!

Yes of course I changed the layout lol, it would be suicide leaving it open like that hehe.

If I don't shield my island when planing on a vacation, then I would be a very bad captain. I just love my little pirates & don't want to see them burned after I get back.

 

Was just kidding and in no way implying any cheat or cowardness. Just a fact that i saw a base which was too good to be true and unfortunately also under a shield

 

Lynsey, what is wrong with Leaderboards? Is it now requiring me to log into facebook? It comes up with my name only and no stats at all. Even for me. Just a hyphen.

Can you be more specific about the change?
Maybe tell us what the PR +\- range of attacking is now.
For example, can a PR 800 attack PR 400 or vice versa?

 

Or better,
can a PR 850 attack a PR 2000?

Laughing Skulls continues its upward climb, overtaking Sinister Souls!

Aussie makes the journey onwards! C'mon Pegleg, we believe in you!

Outlanders continue to stave off La Quebecoise, but that race is close!

RFF2 gains its momentum back and closes the gap with PLUNDER!

Rapt Renegades solidifies their lead on REGNO PIRATA and continues their crazy steep ascent!
