I'm kind of resigned to some form of disappointment. It'll be tough I guess, but probably because of an arbitrary thing like insane BP cost.
That will be offset by the number of member willing to gem not only the PH but the Academy and most of the other assets

This is pure speculation. I would expect 2 more teasers. I speculate an unforseen delay occurred, otherwise I would've expected the update to drop Thursday or early next week after event ended.
Midoki should include update for Builders hut too for Ph12..say....up to level 3????...this may speed up the upgrading of building and defence...or an ability to travel to other island and help co player to build der island.... Just excited for PH12 but how long do we have to wait?
