For the love of God I can't get Gun Powder & Copper, every ship I hit just gives me a crappy chest that just pays me EP, Gold & Grog. Common my arse.

 

Big Fish (blue) are the ones that give copper!

 

It's about getting lucky with map chest...not buying gems and showing ur majesty

I'm with you @Bl00dBaTh every chest I pull up has the same, am trying multiple short journeys during the day and long journeys at night and the results are the same.

 

I still don't understand the gold / grog rewards. They are so terrible in proportion to other possible rewards. Or how about when you take out a 4star kraken, losing 15 pirates, and you get 5,000g as the reward. ?!@#!

It's actually bothered me for a while how terrible the rewards are from sea monster battles if you get the gold/grog. Now its happening with Chests, too

Is a pile of manure supposed to be one of the reward options? Is that the intent? does Midoki think the gold reward is something positive?...because it is not.

The worst is if you buy a Chest and get the crappy gold / grog reward. man....that really sucks

 

@Fang what's worse, is that you can watch a 30sec advert with no effort (when they work) and get 75,000 gold/grog; it is very disproportional

 

For the record I didn't Photoshop anything.
I have no reason to deceive you guys.
But I nearly fell over when I saw it myself!
